Sausage aroma, like most meaty flavors, fits best with the spicy and fishy ingredients. It can also be used successfully in colder waters. It is recommended for flavoring mixtures containing various fish meal, Trigarol liver extract, or spicy Robin Red products. The recommended mixing ratio is approx. 5g / kg.
