The liver liquid is a liquid product made from pork liver with a powerful odor.
This product was originally used to flavor dog food, produced by hydrolysis from pork liver. It is dosed between 2-5% in its original area of use, but it can be added a little more boldly when making fishing baits. If surface flavoring is used, it is advisable to heat it slightly (to a temperature around 45°C) to reduce its viscosity and make it runnier. When storing, make sure that it is not exposed to direct sunlight and, if possible, do not keep it above 20°C.
