Whole egg powder contains a concentrated amount of all the ingredients found in liquid egg yolk and egg white. 1 kg of egg powder contains about 88-92 pieces of egg dry matter. The addition of three times the amount of water gives a mixture of practically the same composition as the fresh egg. Egg powder is a long-lasting, protein-rich ingredient that is most commonly used in boilie making. It can be used in powder form, mixed with other ingredients, or diluted before use in the same way as fresh eggs. It is a strong binder; its protein content is 48%, rich in fats and oleic acids (41%).
