Enzyme-treated, concentrated fishmeal with high protein level and outstanding digestibility.

This pre-digested fishmeal represents a premium quality. It is a concentrated protein that is entirely produced from fish processed for human consumption. In order to ensure the high protein level, fishbone (that is usually included in standard fishmeals) is separated and removed from the raw material. During production, the raw material is subjected to high pressure, but (similarly to LT fishmeals) a moderate temperature, and also goes through an enzyme treatment that results a perfect protein digestibility. The end-product is manufactured via spray-drying which is the most effective drying method to preserve the valuable nutrients. The pre-digested fishmeal is a particularly fine powder with about 75% water solubility and outstanding nutritional characteristic. It is mainly recommended for the production of premium quality boilies where it harmonizes supremely with other fishy, spicy or meaty ingredients.
