Hemp seeds

Raw hemp seeds are recommended for carp, grass carp, and bream fishing.

Hemp seeds are one of the most popular ingredients among small seeds. It can be used in various ways, mixed with groundbait, as a pre-feed, or got with a slingshot. It is also effective when ground and toasted, but is most often used soaked and then cooked. The seeds, soaked for a few hours, soften after a half-hour of cooking, their seed coat cracking. It is worth adding a few tablespoons of sugar to the water for cooking, as this will make the seeds look pretty shiny and black. After cooking, it is advisable to store the cooled seeds in water, as they become floating when dry.
